What Kind of Questions to Ask During a Psychic Reading?

Have you ever wondered about some of the more general questions to ask a psychic when in consultation with an intuitive? If you are new to psychic readings and would like a bit of a heads up on some questions that may benefit you during a psychic consultation session then we’ve come up with a good general list for you here.

Feel free to modify these questions with words appropriate to your own personal situation, make them your own as they are just samples of general questions you may wish to utilize at some point. Sometimes it is a good idea to ensure your question is specific enough so that the psychic can tune in more deeply for you, the more specific a question often the more specific the answers that come through from the psychic can be.

You should have your list of questions handy during your psychic reading, it doesn’t matter if you are having a phone, email or face-to-face reading, have your list of questions handy on a piece of paper if you need to, just in case you think you may forget any of them. Remember you are only going to have a specific amount of time with the psychic, so prioritize your questions in order of what’s most important to you at the time too. There’s nothing worse than forgetting your most valuable question/s during a reading and discovering afterwards that you missed it out. This can happen due to the fact that one can get caught up in the excitement of the moment in a reading.

Travel Oahu – Experience Hawaii Like A Local

Every year millions of visitors from Japan, mainland USA and beyond land at
Honolulu International Airport ready to begin their vacation in paradise. Soon after
landing, most visitors hop in a cab or bus sent from the hotel and begin the journey
past downtown Honolulu and on to their reservation at a Waikiki hotel.

The allure of Waikiki is immediate. The packed streets, sounds of the beach, and
exotic histories call to the traveler who soon hits the streets. Venturing out in
Waikiki can be quite exciting. The streets are filled with foreign languages, throngs
of tourists are dressed in their beach best, and the beginning of surf history can be
seen at the end of the street. Waikiki can be so exciting that many visitors never
escape its imaginary borders. Approximately 6 million of these visitors miss the very
sites that locals find so endearing, remaining within the two square miles of Waikiki.

For those travelers interested in seeing Oahu through its residents' eyes, please
read on.

Magic Island Beach Park – This popular park is located just west of
Waikiki, across the street from the Ala Moana Shopping Center. The park includes
two beaches, a three mile jogging path, tennis courts, and more. A walk around the
park will expose the center of Hawaiian culture – the family. Large extended families
gather around hibachis, spending the day together with a good food and plenty of
sun. The beaches are significantly less crowded, so for a great day, grab a barbecue
and head down to the beach at Magic Island!

The Contemporary Museum Honolulu – This small museum is located
high on a ridge at Makiki Heights Drive. The drive up the ridge offers amazing vistas
that would otherwise be missed by most Oahu visitors. The relatively small museum
offers changing exhibitions in its five galleries. After traversing the galleries, visitors
can wander out onto the sculpture gardens. This is where the true glory of the
museum is revealed. The 3.5 acres of sculpture and meditative gardens are open to
the public and offer some of the most amazing views of Honolulu.

Leong's Cafe – Many visitors look to a lu'au for more than entertainment;
they are after some great Hawaiian food. However, if you're interested in real local
style Hawaiian food, you can not beat Leong's Cafe located at 2343 North King Street.
As a favorite for plate lunches, kalua pig, lu'au stew, lomi lomi, and more, locales
have been visiting this cafe for over 50 years!

Champion Malasadas – The local treat called Malasadas are so popular
that Fat Tuesday has been re-christened Malasada Day through the Hawaiian
Islands. One of the best and most famous bakeries is Champion Malasadas located
at 1926 South Beretania Street. These light portuguese hole-less donuts come with
and without filling and are absolutely worth the effort in getting them!

Honolulu Chinatown – A walk through the streets of Chinatown in like a
walk into another time and place. Whatever you are looking for dim sum, fresh
produce, handmade leis, or the new hip lounge, you are sure to find it in Chinatown.
The streets and shops are exotic, offering items not found in a typical american
grocery. Guided walking tours are available for this historic district, but often the
best way is to simply meander through the streets, stopping whenever your interest
has been piqued.

If you are interested in seeing Oahu through a local's eyes, be sure to spend some
time outside of Waikiki. Stop by some or all of the listed listed above and see some
of what truly makes Hawaii special.

The Pros and Cons of Three Sex Positions

Well, today, I’d like to focus your attention on three popular sex positions and, in particular, the advantages and disadvantages of each one. We will be considering the missionary position, the “man-standing-up-woman-lying-down” position and the cowgirl (“woman on top”) position.

1/ MISSIONARY POSITION

This is the traditional position for sex where, as I’m sure you know, the man lies down on top of a prone woman for intercourse.

Pros –

This is the easiest sex position to get into, requires little energy to get started and is great for sudden, spontaneous, unplanned sex. It is generally easy for the man to just roll over on top of the woman and their genitals are right opposite each other. This position lends itself to great intimacy because the two lovers can hug each other and look into each others’ eyes (if they are roughly the same height). Intercourse feels very exciting for the man, and the woman gets to receive some significant thrusting and a “whole body” experience. It is usually fairly quiet and can be done secretly if there is a danger of being discovered by other people in the house.

Cons –

This position has a reputation for being the “boring, married-people type of sex”, since it tends to lend itself to passionless “quickies” and can be repeated every time a couple have sex. It is often resorted to in order to avoid being discovered by curious kids and other people who might interrupt the session. The high levels of stimulation often cause the man to ejaculate quickly in less than 2-3 minutes, creating a bad habit for his body and a boring experience for the woman, whose body has hardly begun to respond to the sex before it’s all over. It is challenging for the man to create an orgasm for his woman unless he spends a LOT of time in foreplay beforehand and even then, lengthening the time having intercourse is quite difficult.

2/ Man standing up, woman lying down

This is the position where the woman lies down with her hips aligned with the edge of the bed, while the man stands up at the edge of the bed for intercourse.

Pros –

The main advantage of this position from the man’s point of view is the fact that it dramatically lengthens the amount of time he can have intercourse with the woman – anything up to 10-20 minutes or more can be achieved. Having sex standing up makes it much harder for his body to be stimulated to orgasm, so he has to thrust for a longer time to achieve it. He can also see the woman’s body much better and can use his hands to touch her breasts and upper body, which allows the woman to receive stimulation in two different ways at the same time. The woman usually holds her legs wide open by placing her hands behind her knees. He can also watch his penis slide in and out of her, the sight of which is a major turn-on. He can also thrust much deeper, so he can reach the woman’s A-spot, which can give the woman “cervical” orgasms.

Cons –

Having sex comfortably while standing up requires that the bed be at the same height as the man’s hips. Usually it isn’t – it’s lower. This means that the man has to bend at the knees to be able to have intercourse with the woman. This is tiring on the man’s legs because he has to thrust for a long time, plus there is the issue of his bent knees meaning that his legs are not flush with the edge of the bed. This can be resolved by pulling the woman’s hips off the bed, so that the small of her back is on the edge of it, but this requires that the woman change the position of her legs by folding them up against her chest in order to counteract the centre of gravity, so her whole body doesn’t slide off the bed – in which case, she will end up sitting on the floor with her legs wide open. Folding her legs up against her chest means that the man is no longer able to access her breasts and upper body, so that avenue of stimulation is closed off. Inexperienced women may not realise that they need to hold their legs open with their hands behind their knees and so they will dangle their legs off the end of the bed past the man’s body, which can be uncomfortable. There is a greater risk of injury to the woman’s vaginal tissues from heavy thrusting, since the man can go deeper.

3/ Cowgirl Position

This is the position where the woman gets on top of a prone man and straddles his hips for intercourse.

Pros –

This position is a winner in many ways – it feels awesome to the woman and is extremely exciting for the man. The main benefit is for the woman – she can control everything that is going on and do exactly what she needs to do to achieve an orgasm without relying on the man’s expertise and experience. She can do exactly what feels good to HER, whether or not he knows how to do that or not. She can go deep or shallow, fast or slow, in and out, up and down, she can rock back and forth, grind her pelvis against his pubic bone for clitoral stimulation, lean backwards, lean forwards, lean left and right, sit facing the man, do “reverse cowgirl”, sit on the left of his body, sit on the right, go around and around like she’s sitting on a swivel chair and all kinds of stuff! For the man, he gets to watch his woman having the time of her life doing whatever she wants to get the maximum pleasure she can out of his body, which is a major turn-on for him and, secretly, giving his woman a totally mind-blowing time is what every man wants, and this is the lazy way to achieve it without him having to learn any “skills”. However, learn he will, since watching her is highly educational and he will find out exactly what turns her on without having to “try everything and watch her carefully to see what happens”, which is the usual method of approach for us guys. She can teach her man a lot in a short time and he can remember it all for the next time he’s in control. In the meantime, he can lay back and enjoy the ride as much as her because his penis gets lots of stimulation. He can also use his hands to stimulate her breasts and upper body, run his fingers through her hair, tilt her head back and many other things. In addition, there is the reversal of dominance – putting the woman in control of the sex is liberating for her and wildly exciting for him, as he discovers just how much of a wild girl his woman really is.

Cons –

This position is HIGH ENERGY for both partners. That could also be a plus, but for the woman, her legs need to be really strong to cope with all the up and down movement, which needs to go on more or less nonstop for at least 20 minutes for her to achieve an orgasm. It is a major cardiovascular exercise and feat of physical endurance. There will be sweat and slippery bodies and a lot of heavy breathing and noise. It is quite stimulating for the man and there is the risk of early ejaculation, ending it all rather quickly before he’s had a chance to learn anything or see things really heat up, although women naturally tend to grind more than slide up and down, which can delay his orgasm quite well. His penis needs to be HARD for this – he needs a strong erection and it needs to last a long time. There is also a risk of damage to the penis if the girl is really forceful in dropping her whole upper body weight on top of it and she misses her vagina (ouch!) There can be bending of the penis in this case, which is quite a serious injury (often requiring hospitalization!) Also, achieving entry of the penis into the vagina at the beginning can be a little difficult, since the man’s penis is pointing upwards and is flat against his body, so either he has to move his penis to a 90-degree position to his body (the usual way) or else she has to lean forward quite a bit for him to put it inside her. There is the also the risk of the noise being detected by other people around, so choose a quiet time for this, when there are not many people around!

So these are the advantages and disadvantages of these three sex positions. If you are considering spicing up your sex life with some new positions, I hope this information helps you to choose the one you want, so that both of you can achieve an exciting and amazing sex life together!

Engineering Technology – Better, Faster, Cheaper

I work in an industry that has seen huge changes in the past 25 years. The technology in engineering has grown and changed so much that we are executing project with half (sometimes less) the manpower we needed before. I work mainly in the oil and gas industry but I know that in other areas it is possibly even more dramatic. I have been in engineering industry for 25 years and when I started computers were in a main computer room and there were only a few and only a few people who could run them. They slowly started moving on to the desktop about five years later. I was hired mainly because I had taken CAD courses to upgrade my skills during an economic downturn. I ended up developing and teaching courses in AutoCAD for the company. From those simple beginnings we have come a long way.

Let me give an example of that change. The company I work for had a project for a client 30 years ago and we managed to get the second phase of the project 12 years later while I was with the company. The technology of the process had not changed much so the plant was almost a twin of the first phase. The first phase was executed on the drafting board the second phase was done using brand new 3D design technology called Calma developed by GE (this software is gone now). During the execution of the engineering many of the engineers and design supervisors commented that they only had half the people for phase two compared to phase one. Another comparison on this project was in the construction. 30 years ago it was not uncommon in our industry to have 15% rework in the field due to clashes between piping, structural and electrical. With the new 3D technology we were able to use conflict reporting to fix most of these clashes on the computer before construction. The rework in field came down to 3% on this project and much of this was due to pipes that were field routed and were not in the model.

Leap forward now to 2005. Another example is from an article I read in Design News magazine it was about the development of Lance Armstrong's time trial bike. Trek's Advanced Concept Group was given only 28 days to redesign the bike to make it faster. A group of 14 engineers and designers went work using desktop workstations and eight different software programs. Even 2 years ago a redesign of this nature would have taken them 4 months. They did everything in 3D using Solidworks 3D CAD. This allowed them to do virtual tests on everything form the wind tunnel to reduce drag, to stress analysis to ensure the bike was safe. Using software called thinkid from think3 they were actually able to deform the solid shapes and the software was able to redo to geometric calculations to accommodate the shape change and still maintain the integrity of the design. With this technology they were able to go straight into production knowing what they had designed worked because the model simulations provided it. They ended up with a bike that was 2% lighter, 10% faster, and 15% stiffer then the model they produced in 2004. Lance Armstrong proved it was better by winning the time trials and ultimately winning the Tour de France for a record 7th time. I doubt that a bike of this nature could have been produced in under a year 30 years ago using the same amount of people.

One of the main reasons for these advances in that the amount of RAM and speed of processing has increased exponentially. These new programs require huge amounts of memory and processing power due to their graphic and interactive capabilities. The new systems of today deliver that power (my workstation is now over 3 years old). 15 years ago I would load one design area of a processing plant. One design area may have represented 10% to 15% of the whole plant. Once I called up the design area it was time to go get coffee because it could take about 10 to 15 minutes to load, and you would pray it did not crash. Today I am able to load an entire process plant in solid model image in about one minute using Intergraph's Smart Plant Review technology. The ability this gives me as a supervisor to check designs and make comments is invaluable, this technology increases our quality.

For engineers and designers the changes have been staggering, even in my 25 years of design work I have gone from producing a limited plastic model of an oil and gas plant to giving the client a virtual walkthrough of every detail of an oil and gas plant. We must constantly keep ourselves up to date with the latest technologies to keep a competitive advantage. Those who do not keep up will loose the race.

Flight Travel Deals – 9 Tips For Traveling on the Cheap

Flight travel deals are out there, but not many travel industry insiders are offering them up, without you first asking about them. So, if you want to get the best flight travel deals, you are going to have to do some research on your own. This article will go a long way toward helping get you started in that direction. The following basic tips are available to anyone (i.e., they don’t require “insider connections” to achieve good results).

1) Book in advance. So basic and well known, I almost feel guilty offering it as a tip. Nonetheless, it can save you big money. Reserve your flight a month in advance, optimize your discount. Reserve your flight the week before, expect to pay premium prices.

2) Don’t fly during regular business hours. Airline flight is a supply-and-demand business. If you insist on flying between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. – when available seats are at their minimum – then plan on paying higher prices. Flying “the red-eye” – when LOTS of seats are available – can greatly lower the cost of your ticket.

3) Check the prices for flying out of/into an alternate airport. Sometimes, you’ll get a better deal by driving to a larger, metropolitan area, rather than insisting on a flight departing from your local “community” airport. On the other hand, Los Angelenos, for example, know that driving to one of the smaller airports – NOT known as LAX – can save them mucho dinero.

4) Ask the airline to adjust the price of your ticket to reflect the current price they are charging – IF, that is, prices have gone down since you booked your ticket. Few people do this – or even KNOW about this – but the airlines will adjust the price if you ask them to. Just don’t expect them to do it without your prompting them first.

5) Don’t park your car at the airport, if possible. Parking fees amass quickly – and might even offset all of the savings you managed to get through your other money-saving efforts. I once took a trip to Hawaii when I was fresh out of high-school (about 30 years ago…gulp!), and upon returning to Denver after two weeks, the cost of parking the car for all of that time came to over $100, leaving the four of us who went on the trip arriving home with nothing but coins in our pockets and fumes in the gas tank by the time we completed our 300-mile car ride home from the airport. Obviously, not parking at the airport isn’t always an option. So, at the very least, consider the cost of parking your car in your budgeting plans.

6) Try to fly “off-season.” Granted, flying to Hawaii for the Christmas holiday sounds very appealing when your home is under several feet of snow, but flying there in the summer can be much cheaper. I, for one, found Hawaii in July to be very enjoyable – especially with that extra cash for Mai-Tais on the beach.

7) Check into package deals. Sometimes you can save a lot of money by purchasing a package deal, where you buy your flight, your motel room, and possibly even a rental car all in one “package deal.” You might even get some extras thrown in, like a luau (in Hawaii), or a Broadway show (in New York City).

8) Bulk discounts. Sometimes organizations or communities arrange trips for their members, saving each individual some cash in the deal. Senior communities commonly do this with trips to Las Vegas, for example.

9) Check with the aggregators. These outfits – aggregators – will compare multiple airlines and travel agencies, at once – finding you the best deal from all the places they dig around into. Of course, an aggregator can’t possibly check ALL travel outlets, so try a few aggregators, and then try going directly through the airline that the aggregators deemed cheapest. You may find that the “going direct” to the airline of your choosing might reap better discounts for you, through frequent-flier programs, and such – not to mention allowing you to bypass the travel agency fees (minimal though they are).

Facebook CPM, Facebook PPC, Which Way?

The life blood of any business either online or offline is traffic. No matter how good your product is, if nobody knows it exists, you will not make money. In this report, I am going to show you how to do a profitable Facebook PPC vis a vis Facebook CPM ads.

If you are coming to do onnline business newly or you are new to Facebook ads, that is you are a newbie to Facebook ads, you may go the wrong way of over concentration on FB PPC only.

PPC means cost per click, that is you are only paying for the number of clicks you receive to your FB ads. The good side of this is that you will not waste your budget on zero clicks as per other forms of FB ads. You must know how to raise your FB PPC bids high enough to start breaking even from the onset even if you are not profitable immediately.

On the other hand, CPM is cost-per-mille. This simply means that you paying so much for one thousand impressions. What do I mean by impression? It means the number of views your FB ads receives. For instance if you display a banner on Facebook, the number of times people see the banner. Thus if you bid $5 per mille, you will pay $5 for every 1000 display of your adverts. The advantage of CPM over PPC is that you may pay only a fraction of what it costs you to get a click under the latter. With a very good click through rate, you will easily run into a profit. Facebook will easily send you traffic irrespective of you click through rates because they are sure of revenue whether you are getting clicks or not.

What I have discovered in my decades of working as an affiliate online is that many newbie are scared to death when it comes to bidding CPM. Many prefer PPC to CPM because the former put them at the steering while the latter put you at the passenger’s seat.

But the reality of the fact is that it will be very difficult to make it as a Facebook affiliate sticking only to PPC model. Every campaign you raise, your goal must be to maximize the CTR and reduce maximally Facebook’s propensity to inflate the price of a click ridiculously. That means working on CPM and placing your ads in such a way that people will be motivated to click rather than the other way round.

In this report, I am not trying to write off PPC bidding strategies off completely. There are times you may find them indispensable. However, I am going to emphasize and teach the understanding of how both strategies will work to give you profitable Facebook campaigns.

How to Bid with PPC

In the very recent past, it was possible for an affiliate to bid PPC and get tons of cheap clicks to his offer, I mean as cheap as one or two cents per click. Because the traffic converted and Facebook is one of the largest global social media platform, many affiliates were made very rich. Consequently, the influx of marketers raised the completion and subsequently the cost has gone up. The game is not up, but tougher now.

It is still possible to get cheap clicks in some niche and demography. But if you are going for the most popular markets and the United States demography, be prepared to meet a very stiff competition. The cheap, cents clicks of the past are no longer available. Do not get me wrong, PPC bidding is still very relevant and important.

Calculated Testing with PPC

If I want to launch a new campaign in Facebook and assuming I am green about the conversion of the new launch, it is rational to set the CTR in such a way that at least, I will breakeven. The math is very simple, if out click through rate is one out of twenty, then and the payout of my offer is $10, then the maximum bid per click that will place me at breakeven will be $.05

It is reasonable to run these initial PPC tests to measure the conversion rate for any selected demographic on Facebook. Search PPC is not fair enough indicator. The variation in conversion rates may be substantial depending on traffic source; especially if you are direct linking.

With an EPC of $0.50, and my own personal preference being at least a 100% ROI, my maximum cost per click will be $0.25. That then becomes my benchmark for a successful CPM campaign. If I can move to CPM and bid $0.25, I know that I need to be producing a CTR of 0.1 to be getting my 100% ROI.

There is uncertainty with PPC Results

The test analysis I highlighted above will not work if CTR is too low. Facebook is in business to make money and will serve ads to the customer who will put money in their bank account. If they serve a PPC customer with 5000 impressions without a click, they will Facebook earns $.0. if they serve the same 5000 clicks to a CPM customer bidding a cpm at $15, Facebook will bank $75. It is reasonable that Facebook will rather serve CPM customer with traffic rather than PPC.

Hence, your CTR is very important. Using PPC bidding to determine your margin is a a good idea, but you must deliver good creative which will give you a good CTR otherwise, you will continue to submit ads which will take almost one week for approval and it will run for a few minutes and stop receiving traffic.

Then what is the way out of this PPC imbroglio. The simplest way to overcome this challenge is proper split testing. Submit at least 12 ads variations and make each significantly different. This will attract substantial amount of impressions and clicks from Facebook to sufficiently determine test data. No matter how bad you are in handling your creative, the law of numbers will work in your favour.

Why are Affiliates scared by CPM?

From above analysis, it is obvious that an unsuccessful PPC will waste time and efforts and ultimately may lead to frustration. But no money will be lost. But an ineffective CPM will not only waste time and efforts, it will drain one’s budget.

Facebook is probably the most friendly environment to test CPM. Just as I have said above, Facebook delivers you good traffic, even with poor click-through-rates since you are putting money in their bank accounts. It is a self-service advertising system, you can switch on and switch off your ads campaigns at will. Hence you can easily stop campaigns that are leaking your budget without favourable returns. Take note off these before you break away from your PPC patterns.

Do you want to work with good advertisers? CPM Bidding is the way to go.

Marketers who are unsuccessful through CPM bidding are sufferers of their own indolence and unprofessional work. The days of cheap click are gone for ever, but CPM makes it possible to reduce the costs of your clicks materially. Bear in mind that if you become addicted to PPC bidding, you will always be limited by the synthetic ceiling of what Facebook decides to charge for that click.

Taking the CPM direction, you’re still going to be somehow face Facebook’s charging variations. However, a good CTR will definitely determine the outcome of your campaigns. It is possible to sideline Facebook’s valuation of a click and get cheap traffic by placing only laser targeted advertisements in your campaigns. Make a difference as good affiliate and you will be rewarded and produce profit.

Bidding CPM is the best way to come close to reproducing the cheap traffic that existed during few years ago of Facebook Ads. Target your markets like a guru and made bold that there is still good money to make from Facebook CPM ads.

What then Is the Biggest Problem With CPM Bidding?

Facebook is very unfriendly when you want to implement day parting in your CPM campaigns. To be successful, you must be able to display your ads during certain period of the day and switch off at some unproductive periods.

However, you will have to make use of some tools and scripts to go around the problem and do manual day-parting, and if you are going to run profitable Facebook Ads day parting is absolutely critical to any CPM campaign.

Needless to tell you here that some offers do not only attract more clicks at some specific period of the day but they also covert better at that period. If you are running PPC campaigns, this may not be a necessary factor to put into consideration. However, with CPM campaigns, if you run your campaigns and clicks at off pick periods, you will damage your budget. If you’re running PPC, you at least have the safety net of only paying for clicks. If you lack access to the tools and scripts will be to manually pause your campaigns during dull periods.

If you want to optimize and prime your traffic, then, CPM with day parting is the right way to go.

Deal With Windows Error Messages

It is very common that many computer users have encountered and faced the problem which Windows error messages pop up repeatedly. It must lead to programs not to respond and the PC to slow down or freeze. It is more dangerous when you are operating your pc.

You can image that when you are either installing or uninstalling a program or hardware when windows errors occurs and then changes occur in your windows registry that may not always be accurately reflected, thus creating numerous unused applications, incomplete commands, and broken drives. As we all know that windows registry is a very important database in which all programs that you use, including Windows itself, store an enormous volume of data.

Essentially, it represents your PC's unique configuration. So when you make a change to the control panel settings, file associations, system policies, or installed software, the changes are reflected in the registry. In effect, windows registry monitors the way your entire system behaves, and unless you keep this registry clean and error-free, you will not get away from windows error messages. When you install and uninstall software, for example, you may make a change in your registry and even a very little registry change may lead to registry mangle.

So it is pretty obvious that without a clean and efficient registry, your windows operating system is vulnerable to corruption and crashing.

Therefore, you need to take corrective measures to optimize the performance of your PC by cleaning your windows registry.

The best way is to use a good Registry Cleaner to scan and fix your registry periodically. Of course, you can use regedit to clean your registry manually. But it is not suitable for most pc users. This is because only a technologically competent person can manually edit the registry. It is a delicate and time-consuming process, and amateurs run the risk of permanently destroying their systems by trying to manually clean their windows registry.

San Diego – Wild Animal Park

If you are touring San Diego, do consider to visit the Wild Animal Park. This park is situated some 34 miles north of San Diego, outside of Escondido. The 1,800-acre park houses some 3,500 animals representing 429 different species. This is truly a remarkable park that you will not want to miss when you are in San Diego.

The uniqueness of San Diego Wild Animal Park is that, the animals are allowed to room freely in this vast enclosure. They live just like they would be in their natural habitat. In the park, you will find giraffes, antelopes, rhinos, endangered California condor among others, wondering at the mature landscape amidst the exotic vegetation from many parts of the world.

The central attraction of San Diego Wild Animal Park is the 5-mile Wgasa Bush Line Railway. This is a 60 minute monorail ride (price included in admission). The monorail will bring you through areas designated as East Africa, South Africa, Asian Plains, and the Eurasian Waterhole. As you wheeled through these landscapes, you will see animals such as the white rhino and the rhinoceros which will enchant you.

After the monorail, you might want to take a walking tour. You can take a 2-mile Kilimanjaro Safari Walk which you can experience the re-created African and Asian landscapes. In the park, you will also experience various simulated natural environment, such as the Australian Rainforest and the Hidden Jungle. You can also visit the new Lion Camp and the Cheetah Run Safari. At the Cheetah Run Safari, you will be able to see the world’s faster land mammal in action, sprinting after a mechanical lure.

If you want to have a close-up view of the animals, you can take the Photo Caravans which uses an open-topped truck to shuttle small groups around the park. You will go to the animal’s turf meeting the rhinos, ostriches, zebra, deer and giraffes. Perhaps, you can even feed the giraffes alone the journey.

You will end your day tour at the Nairobi Village. This is the park’s commercial center where most of the facilities can be found. It has many shops selling Africa-related books and souvenirs. There is a nursery area where irresistible young ‘uns can be seen frolicking, bottle-feeding and sleeping.

Finally, if you do not want to go back to San Diego city for your sleep, you can sleep with the animals! Not exactly. There is a Roar & Snore Program which runs every Friday, Saturday and Sunday from April to October. This program allows you to camp out next to the animal compound. From where you camp, you will be able to observe the nocturnal movements of the rhinos, lions and other animals. If you are excited about this program, check out with the park. Otherwise, head back to San Diego city and have a good night rest.

During summer, there are lots of visitors to the park. Therefore, it is better to visit early. On the other hand, there are usually less visitors during winter. The temperature here is usually 5 to 10 degrees warmer than in San Diego city. Bring along your sunscreen and plenty of water as summer in California can be a bit of a scorcher. So, be prepared for the hot weather and the sun.

The San Diego Wild Animal Park is one of the three major animal parks and the “Big Four” in San Diego. Visiting the park should be one of your outdoor activities in your itinerary. Plan your San Diego Travel today.

Leong's Cafe – Many visitors look to a lu'au for more than entertainment;
they are after some great Hawaiian food. However, if you're interested in real local
style Hawaiian food, you can not beat Leong's Cafe located at 2343 North King Street.
As a favorite for plate lunches, kalua pig, lu'au stew, lomi lomi, and more, locales

Whatever you are looking for dim sum, fresh
produce, handmade leis, or the new hip lounge, you are sure to find it in Chinatown.

The Sports and Hobbies of Mozambique

Mozambicans are quite passionate about their sports; with a firm focus on soccer and to a lesser extent other sports. There are lots of opportunities for hobbies and recreational activities, but as these can be quite costly at times you will find most Mozambican’s aren’t able to partake. As with most other facets of this beautiful country, the lack infrastructure combined with the poverty levels have had a profound effect on the development of sports and hobbies through the entire land.

As a result of this, many of the most popular sports are those that don’t require much money to play.

Soccer

Soccer, sometimes known as football due to the Portuguese influence, is hugely popular in Mozambique as in other African nations. You will often come across both children and adults having an informal game whenever possible, especially on weekends. The structure for proper club soccer is not as good as in other countries due to infrastructure challenges, but there are still some professional clubs about. There is a lot of exchange between Portugal and Mozambique in soccer terms, with players and teams from each country regularly playing with and against each other.

Athletics

Athletics is a sport that is not a widely practiced as it should be, given the relative ease of getting involved. Mozambican does at times punch above its weight in this field of sport, having won a gold medal in the 2000 Sydney Olympics proving that they can compete at the highest level.

Basketball

Unlike most other southern African nations, Basketball is a very popular sport in Mozambique. While being internationally recognized since 1978, the Mozambican national team has yet to win any notable championships. This of course hasn’t dampened the enthusiasm for the sport and it is still quite widespread.

Capoeira

The martial art sport of Capoeira is starting to take off in Mozambique, with the popularity growing at a rapid pace.

Stadiums

Stadiums and sporting facilities in Mozambique are in short supply, with some world class facilities recently being constructed with foreign investment. The outlying areas tend to have little to no facilities, while the soccer clubs seem to attract all the investment. The newest and best stadium is the Estadio do Zimpeto which was opened in 2011 and is able to seat up to 42,000 people. While being touted as a multi-use stadium, it is almost exclusively used for soccer matches.

Hobbies

The types of hobbies available in Mozambique are generally all of the physical, outdoor variety. The more popular hobbies include:

  • Fishing: With a substantial coast line, Mozambique is well known for fishing. This takes the form of both subsistence and recreational fishing. The country is well known for game fishing and is largely unspoiled, making it a firm favorite with both local and international visitors.
  • Watersports: Any sort of sport involving the water, whether it is sailing, diving or even just swimming, is quite popular due to the warm weather and water.
  • Sand boarding: Being quite an easy sport to learn and not always needing lots of equipment, sand boarding is a relatively new hobby that is starting to become quite popular.

What’s the Best Protein Shake? Comparing Visalus, Isagenix, Shakeology, and More

What is the best protein shake for weight loss? Building muscle? Overall health?

In this article I will be comparing a few of the most popular protein shakes in terms of ingredients, cost, and taste. I will focus on a few of the most well known brands, most of which also have an income opportunity attached, but I will focus solely on the product itself, not the business.

First of all let’s explore Isagenix.

Isagenix is a multi level marketing company whose main products are it’s protein shakes. Having tried them myself, I can verify that the shake are very tasty. Even my kids like them and that is saying a lot because they don’t like too many of the shakes I have tried. Isagenix shakes come in creamy french vanilla, dutch chocolate, black sesame, natural berry harvest, and strawberry cream. Isagenix claims to use a very high quality whey protein isolate that is natural and free from pesticides. They claim to be a very healthy shake, despite the fact that each serving contains 16 grams of sugar. Perhaps that is why my kids like them so much.

The cost of a 14 serving canister is approximately $52 plus taxes and shipping so most people would need 2 canisters per month. If you sign up as a distributor you get each canister for around $40 plus tax and shipping. Isagenix promotes a ’30 day cleanse’ and you will find a ton of success stories from people using Isagenix all over the internet.

The main pros for Isagenix are its high quality whey and the taste.

The cons are the high sugar content and the lack of other ‘superfood’ ingredients.

Next let’s look at Shakeology by BeachBody.

BeachBody changed their marketing to into a network marketing structure in 2007 after many years of success through infomercials. Their name is well known mostly for it’s fitness programs like P90X and Insanity. The ingredients in Shakeology are very high quality and many of them are considered superfoods. To source all these ingredients separately would be extremely expensive. Overall, the protein content and the nutritional content are exceptional, and one look at the ingredients list will impress anyone in the health industry.

The cost of a 30 day supply is $119, making it the most expensive of the brands. But as a ‘coach’, you would receive 25% off plus free shipping. It cost’s $15/month extra to be a coach with BeachBody in order to maintain the discount. When you look at it that way, the monthly cost for Shakeology including taxes and all fees would be around $120 which is almost the same as just buying it retail.

However, despite the high cost, many people who are conscious of ingredients choose Shakeology. In terms of taste it’s one of my favourites. And my kids love it.

BeachBody also offers some well known fitness programs like P90X, Brazilian Butt Lift, Insanity, and TurboFire, that go along with their weight loss incentives. They promote nutrition, good eating, plus exercise to lose weight, and like Isagenix and most other shakes, you will find tons of success stories with Shakeology.

The pros of Shakelogy are the superior, wholefoods based ingredients that are nutritionally dense.

The only con would be the cost.

Another great shake, that is slightly off the radar because the company’s main focus is skin care, is the Arbonne Essentials shakes.

The Arbonne shake uses a mix of pea protein as it’s main protein source. Most people don’t realize that pea protein provides a good pre-workout energy boost as well as post workout muscle recovery. It also contains a similar amino acid profile to whey protein but is particularly high in lysine, phenylalaline, and arginine. Pea protein digests much easier than whey and does not contain any lactose or gluten, and that means no bloating. It also means it’s good for anyone with allergies or sensitivities.

Beyond the pea protein, the Arbonne shake contains rice protein, flax seed, panax ginseng, cranberry, kelp powder to name a few, as well as all the essential minerals.

The Arbonne shakes costs $85 retail for a 30 days supply but you have the option of getting it at 20% off by becoming a preferred client. It cost’s $24 to become a preferred client.

The bottom line when choosing the best protein shake for you is to look at the ingredients first to ensure you are getting everything you need, make sure you like the taste, and that it fits into your budget. Combine your shake of choice with a healthy diet and good exercise routine, and you will be on your way to a healthier, happier, lifestyle. You may have to try a few to find one you like the best but hopefully this review should help you narrow that down.
